Way Up North 2026 takes place on October 16 and 17 at Studenterhuset. Since 2004, Way Up North has brought together the best of North Jutland's music scene. This year, we’re doing it again!

About Way Up North

Since its inception in 2004, Way Up North Festival has been a unifying event showcasing the best music from North Jutland. From the very beginning, we have stayed true to the concept of presenting selected bands and artists while inviting guests from the Danish music industry who are keen to discover new talent.

The two-day Way Up North festival is followed by showcases featuring selected bands on our stage at Denmark’s largest music industry event, Spot Festival in Aarhus, as well as at other industry festivals across Europe and Scandinavia.
