Do you dream of standing on a real stage with your music?

Maybe you've never played live before. Maybe you've played at a school party in high school or in front of your friends in the practice room. No matter where you are on your musical journey, we'd love to hear from you.

Studenterhuset Aalborg and Way Up North are launching Up Next – a new concept that gives emerging musicians the opportunity to take to Studenterhuset's big stage and gain experience playing live in front of an audience.

The most important thing is not your level or your experience.

Up Next is about creating a space where new talents can test their music, build experience and feel what it's like to be on a professional stage. Therefore, there are no requirements for previous concerts, releases or an established audience.

We are looking for soloists, bands, songwriters, producers and musicians across genres. The only requirement is that you want to share your music with others.
