After two hard-hitting album releases and four years on the road with the high-voltage rock trio LYDSYN, Uffe Lorenzen returns to a more stripped-down format, accompanied by his 12-string Yamaha and armed with a travel card, rolling suitcase, and bassist Trine Trash as the anchovy on the wiener schnitzel.

In addition to his own songs, the concerts on this tour will feature selections from his upcoming solo album GLEMTE SPOR, expected to be released in April 2026. The album contains interpretations of Danish protest songs from the 1960s, 70s, and 80s.

Uffe writes:

“The album I’m currently recording is titled GLEMTE SPOR and will be released under my own name this April on Bad Afro. It consists of interpretations of old Danish songs written between 1967 and 1999 and has been recorded in a cramped basement studio in Nørrebro in collaboration with Morten Hart Grabowski. There’s an overarching theme of war, peace, love, and hate, with a clear emphasis on protest songs. What they all have in common is that they can be described as overlooked, forgotten, or passed over. Some are downright obscure and probably never heard by anyone before, while others are classics from the golden age of Danish rock, presented in new interpretations. Among the better-known artists are Røde Mor, Steppeulvene, Erik Grip, Peter Belli, Alrune Rod, and Kliché. Among the more obscure are Ulla Neumann, Hermann, Erik Maribo, and Hul.”

Joining UFFE LORENZEN is his now regular collaborator at his own shows: Trine Trash (Fastpoholmen, Betontraume, etc.).
