REXEN Announces Four Album Release Shows for Upcoming Album ‘The Chauffeur’

REXEN will celebrate the release of his new album The Chauffeur with a tour, stopping in four of Denmark’s largest cities in January and February.
The Danish singer, composer, and performer REXEN has over the years established himself as one of the country’s most visionary artists, performing at Roskilde Festival, SPOT, and Copenhagen Jazz Festival. His music exists in a borderland between poetry, philosophy, and experimental pop, moving fluidly between the spiritual and the earthly, the raw and the dreamlike.
Having grown up in the United Arab Emirates, his worldview is shaped by this upbringing, making him a politically engaged artist who blends Middle Eastern philosophy with a poetic fight for humanity and balance. With six albums released—both under his own name and aliases such as M. Rexen, Den Magnetiske Ørn, and VS DOOM—he stands as an experienced voice on the Danish music scene.
The upcoming album, set to be released in January on Stunt Records, was produced by Silas Tinglef (Trentemøller, Kira Skov) at Real World Studios in England and mixed by REXEN’s childhood hero John Parish (PJ Harvey, Sparklehorse).
