Since their formation in Silkeborg in 2020, NECKBREAKKER has carved out a dominant spot on the Danish underground metal scene. With Christoffer Kofoed (vocals), Sebastian Knoblauch (bass), Anton 'Hajn' Bregendorf (drums), Joakim Kaspersen (guitar), and Johan Lundvig (guitar), the band has built a reputation for their blistering live shows—all without releasing a single track.

This young death metal band has already toured with acts like Crypta, BAEST, and Left To Die, and performed at some of the world’s biggest metal festivals, including Hellfest, Bloodstock Open Air, Copenhell, and Roskilde Festival.

On December 6, NECKBREAKKER will finally break their silence with the long-awaited debut album Within The Viscera, released via metal giant Nuclear Blast Records. The album, produced by Andreas Linnemann and mixed/mastered by Josh Middleton, promises to be a milestone for the band.

“We felt immense pressure to create an album that could live up to the hype we’ve built through our live shows,” the band shares. “We entered the project with a clear vision and the ambition to create something we could be proud of. With the support of Nuclear Blast, we’ve crafted our strongest material yet.”

Within The Viscera is a brutal explosion of death metal, capturing the energy of NECKBREAKKER’s ferocious live performances. The album blends elements of classic Scandinavian death metal with the raw intensity of modern hardcore, delivering nine uncompromising tracks that pave the way for the band’s entry onto the global metal stage.

GALGE is an extreme metal band that plays brutal and progressive music. The band mixes elements from a plethora of genres; such as death metal, black metal and post rock. This all culminates in their trademark beautiful chord-progressions, technical riffs and odd time signatures.

GALGE is fronted by lead singer Søren Tuborg. Tuborg is known for his dynamic, crushing growls and shrieks as well as his extremely wide vocal-range. All the lyrics are in Danish and you can feel the importance of the lyrical contents in every performance. Sofus Emil Kromann mixes virtuoso-like guitar playing with aggressive and dirty noise which gives the band their unique sound. Mathias Lundbæk (Drums) and Halfdan Geertsen (bas) are the core of the band with their immensely heavy grooves that makes the band sound massive.
