Singer, songwriter, guitarist, and producer Lone Slot Nielsen has, since her 2019 debut, written indie songs about existence and its fractures under the name KOM VI LØBER. Songs about what we run excitedly toward—and what we’d rather run away from. Sometimes, it’s the same thing. And that’s where the ballad comes in. Her guitar playing is ambient, and her lyrics playfully explore stories of lived life. Everyday talk and poetry meet at a street corner. Daydreams, melancholy, and hope dance closely together. And most recently, she has even dared to write a love song.

In 2020, her single “Hendes ansigt” from her second album became the most played track on P6 Beat that year. Since then, she has played numerous concerts across Denmark—both solo and with a full band—on stages large and small. She has supported artists such as Katinka, Signe Svendsen, and Peter Sommer on tour. Over the past year, she has released the singles “Japansk”, “Engine Malfunction”, and “Vender rigtigt om natten” as previews of a new album set to be released on Songcrafter Music on January 23, 2026.
