Kindsight is an indie rock band from Denmark with a steadily growing international presence. Through live shows across Europe and appearances at major international festivals, including SXSW in Austin, Texas, the band has established itself on both the Danish and international live scenes.
Kindsight has released two albums to strong critical reception, most recently No Shame No Fame, which also received airplay and positive attention from the US radio station KEXP.
The album draws on 90s indie rock and alternative guitar pop, with clear references to shoegaze and college rock, combined with repetitive, krautrock-inspired structures. The sound moves fluidly between dense, noisy guitar layers and more direct, melodic songs.
KEXP describes Kindsight as “a band that balances noise and melody with confidence, sounding both familiar and forward-looking.”
Support: Ninna Lundberg
After great success with the band Ganger, Ninna Lundberg has made her mark as a strong and original voice on the Danish music scene. In 2022, she released her debut album "Two Two of You", and has subsequently contributed to releases from, among others, Nikolaj Nørlund, Atusji and Gusse B.
In Ninna Lundberg's music, the presence is felt in each individual role. Hand-played arrangements mix folk, pop and orchestral elements, where strings glide lightly over pulsating drums and gather in tight themes. Singing-sounding ballads slowly unfold over pumping acoustic guitars, while Lundberg sings with a presence that invites you closer and closer with each line.
The lyrics are stripped down and thoughtful and move in a field of tension between the personal and the universal. They unfold as inner monologues, where doubt, shame, sadness and fragility stand side by side with moments of redemption and great happiness.
In May 2026, Ninna Lundberg released the song "Har du besøg" - the first single from what will be her first solo album in Danish. An album that revolves around a breakup, a new love and everything that arises in the intersection between these.
