Volunteer at Studenterhuset

Studenterhuset is largely driven by volunteers and a little staff who takes care of the daily administrative tasks. The volunteers are a crucial part of Studenterhuset and without them we wouldn't be able to give you all the amazing experiences that Studenterhuset is known for.

At Studenterhuset it is important that our volunteers are smiling and welcoming towards our guests because they represent Studenterhuset.

Being a part of a community is very important for our volunteers. Studenterhuset is a great place to gain a social network as a volunteer, as we are having communal dinners before concerts, several annual parties and various events for volunteers.

As a volunteer you earn tokens that you can use in our cafe to get a staff discount. Furthermore, as a volunteer, you can acquire a wide range of skills that you can use later in your working life. You can take different kinds of shifts like bartending, light shifts, music shifts or stage manager.

We expect you to take at least 1-2 shifts per month and you decide when you want to take a shift.

Do you want to help us make our café the nicest place in town, want to present exciting music or do you just want to lend a hand - then you should sign up as a volunteer!

Studenterhuset has 80 volunteers, but we have room for even more!
