End of The Line presents Danni Toma at Studenterhuset!
End Of The Line is a four-day festival featuring over 50 international, national, and local artists. The festival emphasizes the creation of art, but also focuses significantly on knowledge sharing and the development of the local art scene. This annual event provides significant exposure to both Aalborg as an art destination and the local art environment (including both emerging and established artists), as well as the city’s galleries, museums, and more.
Danni Toma:
In the late 2000s and throughout the 2010s, Aalborg's hip-hop scene was synonymous with the Hvadevigt crew, which featured names like Lord Siva, Intensiv MC, Bulut LOC, DJ Eazy, and most notably Danni Toma & Noodle.
Danni Toma performed on the country's biggest stages throughout the 2010s, including Vega, Roskilde Festival, Smukfest, Spot Festival, and more. He collaborated with artists such as Karl William, DJ Static & Raske Penge, De Eneste To, Shaq Boosie (Topgunn), Pato, Kidd, Klumben, and others. Six years of intense touring and release activity culminated in the release of his second album, "Grå," in 2015, after which he significantly reduced his activity level.
After a four-year hiatus from releasing music, Danni Toma "returned" in 2019 and 2020 with two EPs, "Dagene Efter" and "Amourøs," his most recent releases under his own name. Since then, he has focused on the PALOMINO / TOMA project created with Paulo, which has so far resulted in the album "Hverdags Toner Til Mental Terapi."
But now, exclusively, you have the chance to revisit the golden era of Aalborg's hip-hop history, accompanied by a gifted performer and the original lineup!
