DE DANSKE HYRDER ARE COMING TO STUDENT HOUSE
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A STUDENT TO BUY A TICKET
The Danish rap group DDH is known for their melodic, party-loving tracks about parties, community, youth, friendships, good times, and the general exploits of the lads' life. They draw inspiration from what they do and what's on their minds. Moreover, they have always been driven to challenge various aspects of their lives. The guys have previously released several singles, including the popular, festive, and uplifting "Billige Bajer," "15 år," "Med Mine Drenge," and "Jeg Er Fuld Hele Tiden Og Er Pisse Ligeglad Du," amassing over 40 million streams on Spotify alone.
Behind the group De Danske Hyrder, whose name originated from an old drinking song, are four fresh and passionate guys: Martin, Frederik, Adam, and Oliver, aka Marty, Bering, Ado, and Oli. They describe their friendship as close and familial; the music reinforces the friendship, but the friendship is also supported by DDH.
They all hail from Albertslund, which has also been a significant focal point for their music. Today, all four live within a radius of about 200 meters in Valby and see each other almost every day, so the sense of community has not diminished. They have been best friends since high school, where they started making music together; thus, they have more than 10 years together. Since then, their music career has taken off, and the guys have performed on music stages across the country, ranging from most of the country's high schools to the big stages at Smukfest, Tinderbox, Nibe - and Jelling Festival, as well as a packed Friday Rock in Tivoli and a crowded Store Vega.
The flock gathers when the shepherds call for an epic party on October 11th at Studenterhuset!
