On January 31, it will be written LIVE on Studenterhuset’s main stage, as the Danish Poetry Slam Championships 2026 come to Aalborg.

This is where the country’s strongest slammers meet in a battle of words about life, the world, rage, love – and everything in between.

All participants have qualified through poetry slam scenes across Denmark to earn a place in the final. But only one can write themselves into the history books and claim the title of Danish Champion 2026.

The audience are the judges and have the final say in who takes home the coveted title. Look forward to an evening filled with the very best Danish poetry slam has to offer!
