BALOOSH completed his first headliner tour in April 2024 and went straight into his first summer tour, playing everything from Grimfest to Bork Festival and from Vig Festival to Smukfest. With a new project on the way in spring 2026, he is now setting his sights on four selected venues in 2026!

The Aarhus-based artist made his entry onto the Danish music scene five years ago as a central figure in the DR documentary Ghettostjerner. He stood out with his plaintive phrasings and profound lyrics, often balancing equal measures of melancholy, frustration, and emotional depth. It quickly became clear that he is more singer than rapper – yet fully capable of both, and determined to embrace both. The urban and the pop, the dark and the bright.

With his debut album Ny Art, BALOOSH solidified a decision he had made long ago: to be a bridge-builder between genres and expressions, between social classes, and to act as a linguistic and emotional channel for the grandest of feelings. Nothing less. Put differently – when asked where he sees his music taking him, and how that aligns with his life growing up in the ghetto, he says: “The dream is maybe to land in the upper class and still remain who I am; the lower class, as they call the people living around here. The dream is to get as far as possible and still hold on to who I am and where I come from.”

Since autumn 2023, BALOOSH has released a steady stream of singles. He started with “Psykosebarn”, then came “Danser med dæmoner” – which stayed in the Top 5 for months – followed by tracks like “Stemmer”, “Helt Sikkert”, “M.I.A.”, and “Knust”.

Right now, BALOOSH has launched his next extended run of single releases, leading up to spring 2026. The first two tracks, “Nirvana” and “Hvor vi ender dagen”, have just been released, with more to follow until the full project drops. That’s why this spring, BALOOSH invites you to join him live at Studenterhuset in Aalborg.
