Ekspressen takes you under the tap

The time has come to grab your friends, family and loved ones by the arm and join forces when the popuplar and happiness-inducing band Ekspressen goes on their new ”Under Hanen Tour” (Under The Tap Tour) in the autumn of 2023.

As the name of the new tour from Ekspressen suggests, the dance-loving fans can expect festive evenings fresh from the barrel, where the music and the community are in the driver's seat. You can't help but get in a good mood when Ekspressen, consisting of the four band members and singers; Pharfar, Klumben, Pewer and Chapper, goes on stage and invites you to dance. The energy is contagious. Together they create four completely different men an especially unpretentious feeling of community and freedom which leaves the audience with a feeling of happiness and equality - all which can be found under the tap.

"It's been a while since we have visited the Danish venues in the classic manner of a tour. We're therefore incredibly excited to pack the car and get going, meet new people, experience well-known cities and to give a highfive to all of the employees and volunteers at the venues. The setlist will be a mix of our favourites from the back catalogue mixed with a number of brand new songs.” - Peter Lützen, Ekspressen.

The fans of Ekspressen can begin to look forward to new music coming out later this year which is currently being worked hard on in the studio, and these can be experienced for the first time on the tour. Ekspressen has performed at some of the country's biggest scenes and entertained hundreds of people on TV, at festivals and venues all over the country. The band has won several prizes and topped the charts. In the summer of 2020 the band's song ”Solhverv” (in Lord Siva's version) a big summer track of the year with more then 15.000.000 plays, and in 2021 Ekspressen played their biggest concert to date in Amager Bio.

In the month of October in 2021 the thinker, the drinker, the chairman and the roamer will tour the country, starting in Esbjerg followed by five other Danish cities, which can already look forward to evenings filled with music, parties and draught beer!
