CS Nielsen is a Dark and atmospheric Americana with a captivating, mythological lyrical universe.

Danish singer, songwriter, and guitarist CS Nielsen performs trembling and atmospheric Americana music, woven around personal life stories, intimate moments, and deep mythology. CS Nielsen invites the audience into a universe where music and lyrics are both painful and purifying. The songs bear witness to a musician and songwriter perfectly tuned into his channel. They alternate between existential and spiritual milestones on the journey of life: longing, longing, responsibility, powerlessness, doubt, faith, hope, love, and death. The music is simple and melodic. In December, CS Nielsen will release his new album 'Better Times' and perform a series of release concerts. The album is produced by guitarist and producer Johnny Stage and recorded in CS Nielsen's childhood home on Samsø. The songs on 'Better Times' evoke an intense and intimate atmosphere, making it CS Nielsen's most personal album to date. 'Better Times' will be digitally released on November 17th and on vinyl on December 8th on KØRFIRS RECORDS in CD, vinyl, and limited edition vinyl. CS Nielsen will be accompanied live by Michael Lund on dobro, lap steel, Omnichord, Johnny Stage on vocals, electric guitar, electric mandolin, glockenspiel, Fender VI, and Johannes Gissel on drums.

The Land Band plays country rock that resonates with atmosphere and sets emotions free.

The Land Band creates widescreen music, combining the emotional with the more rocking aspects of the genre. Spirituality and reconciliation are at the heart of the band's musical universe, and they are not afraid of the grand and the sublime. At the same time, The Land Band's songs are filled with small poetic and quirky details that bring to mind everything from Tom Waits to Neil Young.

In 2020, the band released their debut album "LAND." Side33 proclaimed it the "Vinyl Release of the Year," and the release was nominated for three Gaffa Awards that same year.

In 2023, they follow up with their second album, aptly titled "SEA." Not surprisingly, the sea is central to an album that touches on both climate crises and COVID-19 isolation. Central to the songs on the record, they create an atmospheric universe where the sea serves as the grand expression of the human mind's ebbing and overwhelming states, from dark waters to foaming waves.

The Land Band will be touring with their new album in 2023-2024, performing at various venues and festivals across the country.

The Land Band consists of some of Denmark's most seasoned musicians in the folk, rock, and country genres. Christen Brunsgård (Elevatorfører) plays rhythm guitar and sings, Klaus Møller (Elevatorfører, Fløjl) plays lead guitar, Henrik Poulsen (Peter Sommer, DeSoto Caucus) plays bass, Tobias Lange (Cancer, Wynona) plays drums, Palle Hjort (Poul Dissing, Savage Rose) plays the organ, and Rasmus Skov (The Consolation) plays pedal steel.
